Target Pay Range : $45.00 - $50.00 / hour (W2 with full employee benefits)

Job Summary :
Looking for a meticulous individual to oversee our plant's Corrective Action / Preventative Action (CAPA) Quality System.
Dive into root cause investigations for exceptions, nonconformities, and deviations, ensuring our pharmaceutical products meet stringent specifications.
Job Duties :
- Deliver consistent and thorough exception documents, resolving investigations promptly in line with CAPA requirements.
- Coordinate the exception document process efficiently, taking charge of creation.
- Lead complex investigations independently, ensuring high impact solutions.
- Maintain compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, with meticulous attention to documentation.
- Ensure all CAPA goals and metrics are achieved, driving continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of problem-solving and improvement by conducting root cause analyses and implementing effective actions.
- Build effective relationships with other Quality areas and departments, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Qualifications :
- A Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering is preferred.
- Bring at least 5 years of Quality / CAPA experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Possess strong knowledge of Quality / Compliance management, Regulations, and Standards.
