In this role, you will be assisting managers between the production processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
Must be able to organize and maintain data in a clear and efficient way. The ability to work with multiple managers with clear communication is key.
- Trouble-shooting challenges with realistic and creative solutions
- Creating order templates for factories
- Saving and maintaining product images
- Meeting preparation
- Creating customer catalogs
- Market and trend research
- Building and organizing fragrance library
- Assisting with the color and formulation of products
- Submitting art requests and communicating with the Art Team
- Assisting with style creation
- Helping to open packages and move heavy objects.
- Maintaining the organization of all samples
- Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years’ experience in a production-related role preferred.
