Head Chef
Are you a culinary artist with a heart for serving others? We're seeking a seasoned professional Chef with a background in management, specializing in banquet production, large volume catering, and all-day dining services.
Experience in menu planning, ordering, scheduling, and maintaining food cost efficiency is essential for this role. While administrative duties are part of the package, this position is primarily hands-on, working closely with our kitchen staff, clients, and volunteers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

From serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to clients in our Recovery program and Overnight Shelters, to offering a daily Community evening meal, your culinary expertise will play a vital role in nourishing those in need.
What You Will Do : Craft menus that reflect our mission of providing nutritious and satisfying meals to those we serve. Coordinate community meals with warmth and hospitality.
Lead a team of kitchen staff and volunteers in preparing and serving meals with dignity and respect. Managing all facets of kitchen operations to include but not limited to, ordering, receiving, handling of food donations, menu planning and production, meal service, stewarding / sanitation, cost control, and scheduling.
Embrace opportunities to mentor and empower individuals participating in our culinary training programs. What You Will Bring : Minimum of five years of industry cooking experience.
Previous experience in a management role overseeing banquet production, large volume catering, breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
Previous experience in culinary leadership roles, preferably in a hospitality or nonprofit setting. Experience with menu planning, ordering, scheduling, and the ability to manage a food cost is required.
A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to serving others with compassion. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
