Engineered Electrical Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Project Manager to lead and oversee electrical projects from start to finish.

This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle escalations, and ensure project completion on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Oversee and manage multiple commercial electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, electricians, and subcontractors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or escalations promptly, ensuring smooth execution.
• Coordinate materials, labor, and scheduling to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect project progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing training and guidance as needed to ensure project success.
• Handle client communications, ensuring all needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage change orders, project estimates, and any adjustments required during the project.

The ideal candidate should possess :

• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, maintaining a calm and level-headed approach under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in handling escalations and challenges effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of training team members and guiding projects to completion.
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical regulations is a plus.
• Previous experience in the electrical industry or project management is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• 8 hour shift
