A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and provide ongoing support
Conduct implementation calls and follow-up training sessions with customers
Develop new business opportunities and assist with upselling to meet quotas
Required Qualifications
Must reside in specified states : AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, MN, NC, OH, SC, TX, WI, IL, OR
2+ years in a customer service or customer-facing role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Experience with CRM software (Zoho)
Ability to self-motivate and work unsupervised
