Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate provider ( NP, PMHNP or PA) , specializing in substance use treatment. The ideal candidate will be a licensed medical provider with a strong background in addiction medicine and psychiatric care, capable of direct patient care and program support for Willamette Family's withdrawal management and residential treatment programs.
The provider will work closely with our medical director and interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with substance use disorders.
Open to hiring for full-time or part-time
Beginning compensation for full-time providers :
NP : $135,200 / Annually
PA : $156,000 / Annually
PMHNP : $176,800 / Annually
Our Medical Providers :
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments of patients entering withdrawal management and residential treatment programs, including physical health, psychiatric status, and substance use history.
- Prescribe and manage medications to support withdrawal management and address co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions.
- Monitor patients' response to medications, adjust dosages as needed, and provide education on medication adherence and potential side effects.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement policies, protocols, and treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Minimum Qualifications :
NP, PMHNP or PA
The Ideal Candidate Will Have :
- Board certification in Addiction Medicine or Psychiatry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate interdisciplinary team members.
- A commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care and advocating for individuals with substance use disorders.

- This role requires providers to be on-site; Must be located in the Eugene, OR area or be willing to Commute
- Background Check Approval from the Department of Human Services- Initiated post-offer
