Position Description
United Apartment Group is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to manage and oversee the daily operations of our corporate office.

The ideal candidate is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, executive support, and internal operational-related tasks and can work independently with little or no supervision as well as in a collaborative setting.

Reports Directly to the Managing Partners of United Apartment Group.
Qualifications / Experience :
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Two to three years' management experience in an office setting.
- Extended / thorough knowledge of property management and property management software. (i.e., OneSite).
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary.
- High energy level to meet fast-paced work environment.
Job Responsibilities :
- Greet office visitors and manage phone calls.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and sorting and distributing incoming mail and / or packages.
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned.
- Manage agendas / travel arrangements / appointments etc. for the upper management as needed
- Maintain and ensure physical office space is professional and presentable.
- Review and revise corporate contracts based on the companies' guidelines.
- Track, gather and upload various documents to the secure cloud management system.
- Assist with training employees on companies policies and procedures.
Skills :
- Must take initiative to solve problems by finding better solutions.
- Outstanding communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Must demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
- Proficiency in all areas of office administration.
- Have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exhibit professional appearance and understanding of business etiquette and demonstrate common sense, discretion, and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive business and other matters involving the company.

Schedule :
Full time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm
