Crew Member (Delivery)
Summary of Job Description
The main responsibility is to provide an unforgettable experience to our customers by delivering our Flavorful Chicken Meals right to their door! Job opportunities as a Crew Member (Delivery) are generally offered as full-time or part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pollo Campero Requirements :
- Puts food orders together for delivery orders.
- Packages online and / or catering orders
- Makes sure food presentation is to satisfaction.
- Checks orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store.
- Provides quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
- Assists BOH staff where needed in store while there are no deliveries

- Always maintains a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code according to handbook policy.
- Displays a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
- Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Preferred : Fluent in English & Spanish
- Preferred : 1+ year of experience in similar roles
- Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees.
- Excellent Time management and organizational skills
- Must have your own car, license, valid car registration, and valid car insurance (FL ONLY).
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check (FL ONLY ).
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies.
- Must be to pass E-Verify (FL ONLY).
- This Organization Participates in E-verify!
