Job Details
- Provides direct patient care such as obtaining vital signs, monitoring behavior and physical conditions, assisting with daily activities, completing dressing changes, etc.
- Prepares and organizes patients' medical records.
- Assists with patient discharges.
- Act as a liaison to both the patient and RN.
- Ensures supplies for each patient's care needs are adequately stocked and maintained.

Current BLS or obtained within 90 days of employment
