Position Summary
Our Front Desk Admin should be self-motivated, good at problem-solving, and enjoy meeting new
people every day. The front desk is the first face or voice of the True Family of Companies. It is
imperative that a positive, polite, and professional attitude is maintained during all interactions. The
Front Desk Admin will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and
disciplined. You should be able to deal with customer concerns and give accurate information and
solutions. A customer-oriented approach is essential. You must be able to answer all incoming calls and
redirect them and / or maintain messages. Also receive letters and packages and distribute them.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure the office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary supplies and materials
Provide basic and accurate information in-person, by phone, and via email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Finish incomplete Notice of Commencements and upload them into Simplifile
Work with Executive Admin to handle new uniform orders for techs and office staff, and update
the tracker
Assist the HR Manager in managing interviews and orientation activities, making sure we have
enough applications, and new hire materials
Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements :
Proven work experience in administrative, collections, customer service, or dispatch
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Understanding of basic computer programs, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
and / or QuickBooks is preferred.
Hands-on experience with office equipment
Professional attitude and appearance
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service oriented
High School Diploma required
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions :
Must be able to sit at a desk and work using a computer keyboard and screen for extended
periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
