Plant Manager (Livestock Feed)
Experienced Milling professional needed! Our client is seeking a Feed Mill Manager to run The right person for this position will be able to lead a production team and oversee all of the day-to-day operations as well as the P&L and budgeting, and capital projects.

Position Requirements & Responsibilities
- 3 Years of Milling / Food Production experience; Manager or Supervisor role is highly desired
- Manager the day-to-day production, quality, safety, maintenance, grain procurement, and P&L
- Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
- Write and implement company SOPs
- B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science is preferred
- Must be able to relocate within a reasonable commute to the facility
Compensation and Benefits :
- Base Salary : $100,000-$125,000
- Full Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
