• Years of Experience : 2Must Have Skills / Experience : rehab experience Required Education : PT or PTA license Equipment : lift and SPH equipment, vector, biodex balance, bioness L300 EHR : UDS / epic Preferred Skillset / Experience : understanding of quality indicators, GG codeCommon Diagnosis / Treatment : CVA, amputee, ortho, back surgeries, BI / SDH / SDA Personality Fit : organized, fast paced, develops good rapport with patients and a variety of staff Scrub Color : blackParking : first day will be at front entrance;

once badged, can enter through back / employee entrance
