Location : Marietta, GA
Shift : 12-hour Night Shifts (3 shifts per week)
Duration : Variable
Job Overview :
The Registered Nurse in the Float Pool will be assigned to various units as needed, providing comprehensive patient care across multiple specialties.
This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a broad skill set to manage diverse patient needs.
Responsibilities :
- Provide patient care in various units, depending on staffing needs
- Administer medications, treatments, and support medical procedures
- Collaborate with unit teams to deliver high-quality care to patients
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements : Experience :
Experience :
Prior experience in a float pool or multiple unit types preferred
Certifications :
- Active RN license, BLS required
