Nature's Sunshine is searching for an FP&A Senior Manager to partner with the executive leaders of our global markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing financial plans, analyzing performance, and providing critical insights to our leadership team for strategies that drive growth and profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting for a critical strategic growth market, ensuring team transparency and alignment.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to review financial performance against business plans and discuss actions to achieve overall financial objectives.
- Provide insightful and actionable analysis, reporting, and recommendations for driving sales and profitability and identify risks and opportunities to achieve financial goals.
- Implement financial best practices that improve FP&A processes, tools, and capabilities, enabling business leaders to achieve financial targets.
- Develop insightful financial models that support the company's long-range strategy.
- Build insightful and timely reporting and KPIs for critical strategic initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance or similar business discipline with a minimum of 4+ years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- MBA or CFA preferred.
- Strategic thinker who can utilize financial data to develop economic models for new business development ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- A high degree of organizational skills.
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization
- Solid accounting, finance, and financial modeling knowledge.
- General business and international accounting regulations in various countries are a plus.
- Able to review large amounts of information to ensure accuracy, summarize into high-level analysis, and communicate to upper management for decision-making.
- Able to work under pressure across a diverse leadership team.
