Seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Endocrinologist to join talented team.
The physician will work collaboratively with our current team of one endocrinologist, an endocrinology nurse practitioner, RN-CDE, RD and 5 support staff to deliver the highest quality patient care.
We have an active program utilizing the latest technologies for treating type 1 diabetes and draw patients from all Northern Indiana and South West Michigan.
- Flexible Outpatient Schedule : Monday-Friday
- Option to work up-to 50% remote
- Average outpatient volume : 15-20 per day
- Fully clinic based practice or option for inpatient consultations 1 2 times per week at our brand new hospital
- Certified Diabetes Educator onsite
- Registered Dietician onsite
- EPIC electronic medical record
