What you will be doing :
- Working in a teamoriented environment focusing onemployment litigation
- Handling a busyworkload
- Growing with the firm
- Working with other associates and support staff all ledby a senior attorney
- Sharing and exchangingideas tactics and developments
- Putting in theextra hours to see themselves the firm and the clientbenefit
Experience you willneed :
- At least 3 years ofexperience in employment litigation
- Experiencein class action litigation (excluding any experience in workerscompensation)
- Proficiency in software programssuch as Filevine GSuite Microsoft Office Adobe and Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively in a team environmentand handle multiple priorities in a timely and professionalmanner
- Being approachable andenthusiastic
- Bilingual skills (stronglypreferred but not required)
- CA BarLicense
