Work you'll do
The Organizational Behavior Practitioner will provide job analysis, career development, selection and position assistance, and occupational management support including focus group development and facilitation and survey design and analysis services in addition to providing performance management and training support as needed.
Practitioner will play an integral role within our fast-paced interdisciplinary team to deliver projects with exceptional creativity and technical knowledge, and a natural desire to keep current on the latest trends in employee engagement, survey design and administration, training, and career and performance management.
Applicant must have excellent client facing skills as they will be interacting with clients regularly and should show the ability to learn about client needs, goals, target markets, ideas, and challenges.

Qualifications
Required :
- Master's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS / SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- Experience with Industrial-Organizational Psychology
- Experience with Survey design and analysis
Preferred :
Experience with Competency Analysis and Gap Assessment
