S. Department of Defense (DoD), healthcare, higher education, law enforcement, retail, casino gaming and more.

Our innovative cyber capabilities and programs have made us trusted partners for IT modernization projects, implementing upgrades and accelerating the delivery of new solutions for the DoD and commercial industries with consumer-driven technology.

We are currently bidding on a contract providing support to the Picatinny NEC in improving the functionality of the overall delivery of Information

Technology Services (ITS) and Administrative Telephone Services (ATS) on Picatinny Arsenal.

This opportunity is contingent upon a successful contract award to Oneida Technical Solutions.

Job Overview :

The Program, Project, and Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of program management, project execution, and site operations.

This role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The individual will also be responsible for aligning project objectives with organizational goals and managing the day-to-day operations of project sites.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Management (DCWF 801) :

  • Develop and manage program plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage program risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards throughout the program lifecycle.

Project Management (DCWF 802) :

  • Plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring they meet the defined objectives, scope, and quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making necessary adjustments.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring they are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.

Site Management (DCWF 011) :

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of project sites, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate site activities, including logistics, materials management, and workforce scheduling.
  • Ensure that all site operations align with project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Monitor site performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may impact project success.
  • Maintain effective communication with on-site teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • years of experience in program management, project management, and / or site management roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications.
  • Secret Clearance Required
