Quantitative Research Engineer

A company is looking for a Quantitative Researcher / Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage market making experience to enhance automated trading strategies on-chain and across centralized exchanges

Ensure consistent liquidity provision and adapt to market conditions in real-time

Collaborate with teams to design trading bots and contribute to protocol-level market logic

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in market making, quantitative trading, or liquidity provision, preferably in crypto

Strong understanding of order book mechanics and market microstructure

Hands-on experience with automated trading systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting

Familiarity with both centralized and decentralized trading environments

Ability to design structured operational workflows and collaborate effectively with teams
