Crest View Senior Communities is seeking positive and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our amazing team and serve older adults in our Columbia Heights campus.

We are hiring all shifts and seeking both Part Time and Full Time LPNs. Crest View offers a full continuum of care including skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care in our faith-based Crest View Senior Communities.

Crest View is currently offering a Sign On Bonus for any New Nursing Staff paid out in the first 6 months of your employment.

The LPN is responsible to provide high quality, holistic nursing care to the residents of Crest View in accordance with nursing practice standards and the health care regulations which govern the practice of professional nursing.

Also, to be responsible to the nursing administration and in so doing, to lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions.

Job Qualifications :

• Have an LPN license according to the State of MN Board of Nursing
• Must be CPR Certified
• Strength and mobility to lift weight over 25 lbs
• Be able to document and maintain health records required and to observe physical conditions of residents
