Akkodis is seeking a Coordinator Distribution for a Contract job with a client in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and data entry skills, responsible for the day-to-day operations of payroll distribution.

Rate Range : $17.00 / hour to $19.83 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Coordinator – Distribution job responsibilities include :

Print, seal, ship, and track payrolls to client locations from the Distribution Department.

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery of payroll documents.

Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Support the maintenance and organization of payroll distribution systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any distribution-related issues.

Desired Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

0–3 years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or distribution-related role.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in an office environment.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment.

Pay Details : $17.00 to $19.83 per hour
