Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the company's global strategy, aligning it with the business goals and objectives.
- Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive growth and enhance the organization's competitive position.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to cross-functional teams in areas such as business development, product development, and marketing.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure effective execution of strategic plans and alignment with overall organizational objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments and improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as an EVP or in a similar capacity, with a strong focus on global strategy.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a global or international business context.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
