We are looking for a new team member who can quickly be trained to support the team with current project requirements and opportunities.
Our intention is to quickly integrate this hire into the processes and strategies we utilize to execute projects to appropriately provide the tools for success.

The Project Management Team is a special niche group that prides itself on delivering the highest possible value to companies requiring design and construction requirements nationwide, with a focus on the Denver Metro Area.

Essential duties and responsibilities
- Learning to develop scope requirements related to project proposals
- Understanding scope requirements of the project as it relates to vendor contract negotiations and management
- Obtaining, uploading, distributing, and retaining documentation throughout the project life cycle
- Administers RFPs / RFIs
- Assists PM’s and Transaction Managers with schedules, budgets
- Vendor coordination / management
- Become client-facing / run small projects with minimal assistance
- Document Meeting Minutes
- Assist Senior Advisor / team members with tracking and reporting on critical deliverables and proactively identify potential issues and bring them to the team’s attention
- Understanding of real estate and leasing process and able to read and make preliminary redlines to an LOI and lease work letter
- Leading / managing the relocation process for our clients
- Become a valued member of the team
Requirements :
Education / Experience Requirements
- At least 1-3 years in the business and / or in Project Coordinator position
- Ability to prepare and track budgets
- Proficient in project financial tracking / TIA processing / budget reconciliations
- Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
- Office 365 experience
- Smartsheet experience
- Experienced, self-motivated, customer-centric and results-oriented
- In-depth knowledge of the commercial design and construction process
- Proven track record of success delivering projects on time and on budget
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and in teams
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to identify and manage priorities
- Demonstrate continuous learning mindset by seeking learning and development opportunities, asking for and accomplishing stretch assignments, and willingness to take on new challenges
- Proficiency in developing budget and schedules
- Base Salary range $75,000 - $95,000
- Performance bonus potential
- In-Person role
- Job requires frequent travel to client sites throughout the Denver Metro, can span from Colorado Springs to Longmont.
