I am searching for exceptional Physical Therapists who are passionate about redefining outpatient home care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our cherished residents.

Join our dynamic team where you'll provide care in the comfort of homes and in assisted living and independent living settings around Basking Ridge, NJ.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients in their homes, focusing on mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on home assessments, considering the unique needs and living environments of clients.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, exercises, and modalities to improve clients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities within the comfort of their homes.
• Provides supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants including case conferencing, co-signing treatment notes, and onsite client supervisory visits.
• Provide client education, ensuring a clear understanding of conditions and treatment plans, and offering guidance on home exercises for ongoing progress.
• Regularly reassess clients and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes in a home-based setting.
• Utilize effective pain management techniques to enhance clients' overall well-being.
