As a Physician, youll be part of an integrated health team dedicated to providing continuity of care and implementing patient care management plans.

Your Role : Patient Care :

Patient Care :

  • Evaluate patients, obtain and study medical histories, and document patient records
  • Conduct patient interviews, assess physical health, and perform necessary examinations
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current care methods and suggest improvements
  • Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans and promote overall wellness
  • Order laboratory and radiology tests, referring patients to specialists when needed
  • Prescribe, administer, and dispense medications and treatment regimens in compliance with state and federal statutes
  • Discuss potential side effects of medications and treatments, ensuring all allergy information is current
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements, including infection control protocols
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continued education, networking, and participation in professional associations
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to improve patient care practices, guidelines, and workflow
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations

Qualifications :

  • MD / DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in your primary medical specialty
  • Current, active license to practice in Texas
  • Current, unrestricted DEA license
  • Current BLS certification from an approved American Heart Association organization

  • Leadership and people-management abilities
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively as part of a team

Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to function in a fast-paced clinic / office environment
  • Ability to sit, stand, or stoop for extended periods
  • Regularly lift up to 20 lbs
  • Commitment to maintaining required continuing medical education
