We are immediately hiring qualified Licensed Practical Nurses- LPN's in White Plains, Tuckahoe, and Mount Kisco Areas!
Key Responsibilities :
- Continuously assess clients’ behavior, symptoms, reactions, and progress, and communicate findings with your Nursing Manager.
- Administer and accurately document all medications in accordance with established policies, physician orders, and Department of Health regulations.
- Perform treatments as directed by physician orders and established protocols.
- Consult with your nursing supervisor regarding any necessary changes
- Verify the accuracy of medications and dosages upon receipt from the pharmacy or in-home.
This role is essential in ensuring the well-being and care of residents while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements :
- Valid LPN license
- Annual physical within one year
- PPD or Quantiferon within one year
- MMR labs within 10 years
- Fully Vaccinated for Covid-19
- Must read, write and speak clear English - Bilingual a plus
- Must be eligible to work in the United States with a valid social security number
