The Big Task

You will drive sales goals for our home service and replacement business.

Key Sub Tasks

  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve sales goals.
  • Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed team goals.
  • Provide training for techs on providing the 5-Star Experience for our customers.
  • Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
  • Mentor and develop the inside sales team to ensure appropriate sales metrics.
  • Training sales and technicians as necessary.
  • Follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.
  • Handle customer concerns as needed due to lack of value.
