Large Insurance agency in Daytona Beach, Florida, seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Lines Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service while managing both the new and renewal processes.

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.

Handle the entire new and renewal process, including reviewing policies, assessing coverage needs, and negotiating terms with carriers.

Collaborate closely with our marketing team and assistants to efficiently handle the workflow and ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products and coverage options to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters to facilitate smooth operations and leverage business opportunities.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' insurance needs.

Utilize EPIC agency management system (experience is a plus) and other relevant software tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate client records.

Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Participate in agency meetings, contribute to strategic discussions, and share insights to improve overall agency performance.

Qualifications :

4-7+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management, preferably within an independent agency environment.

Valid 220 license required.

Proficiency in commercial insurance products and coverages, with a strong grasp of industry-specific risks and exposures.

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering top-notch service to clients.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.

Technically adept, with advanced computer skills and familiarity with agency management systems (EPIC experience a plus).

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Demonstrated stability in previous roles, with a track record of client retention and successful relationship management.
