REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

We're looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join our Los Angeles Team and help oversee the performance of our operator portfolio in California and Western region.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green

• Build a strong and positive working relationship with our operator partners, liaising between them and our internal teams to support in all operational and product matters
• Independently analyze and present on existing quality performance indicators and form the interface to Business Development and Network Planning
• Actively drive projects in operations management and assume responsibility by coordinating internal teams from Business Development, Operations and Network Planning, among others
• Ensure that our operators adhere to our processes and standards, including providing support to ensure local safety and ADA standards are upheld
• Support operators in obtaining FlixUni content training and tracking their ADA driver training compliance

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

• Professional experience in the bus / passenger transport industry a huge plus
• Completed studies related to Business, Hospitality, or comparably relevant training
• Able to work independent while remaining goal-oriented
• Passion for operations and consultative partner relations
• Adaptable with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to travel within the California and West region
• Spanish fluency a plus

Salary Range : $70,000 - $85,000 USD
