Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced (Contract to Hire) Full Stack Developer, who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries.

The ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of key features, architecting solutions, and mentoring junior team members.

Location : Orange County, Ca (100% Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.

Develop and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale

Work primarily in ReactJS, JavaScript, and Node.js.

Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.

Collaborate across time zones via Slack, GitHub comments, documents, and frequent video conferences.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and best practices are followed.

Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development.

Qualifications :

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.

1+ years of professional experience in software development

Strong web development experience with both front-end and back-end technologies, including ReactJS and Node.js

Proven experience developing web applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).

Strong Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), and experience with database design and optimization

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD pipelines.

Comfortable with Agile methodologies.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Contributions to open-source projects or a GitHub profile.
