We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Store Managers to grow our membership base. Store Managers are provided training and ample growth opportunities.
Driven provides all store managers with a competitive compensation plan base pay, commissions on individual sales as well as monthly incentive pay resulting in attractive all-in compensation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed;
- Maintain excellent customer service standards;
- Minimize company losses and damageclaims while controlling costs;
- Identify and resolve customer complaints;
- Hire and ensure all employees and managers are trained according to policies;
- Maintain constant training of personnel on systems and procedures;
- Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is always maintained in the tunnel, customer areas, vacuum lot, and backroom;
- Achieve profit goals for the location;
- Maintain efficient personnel scheduling;
- Maintain vendor relations and build new client relations;
- Oversee daily business operations;
- Complete all administrative tasks in an organized, timely manner;
- Hold meetings to conform with company standards;
- Maintain safe environment and work experience;
- Assess performance and skill of all employees and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements :
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES :
- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Skills in sales and customer service
- Ability to anticipate customer needs
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system

- Has at least 2+ years in Car Wash business;
- Management experience;
- Mechanically inclined;
- Basic understanding of computer software;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Good organization skills;
- Meetsbasic management competencies;
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize;
- Self-motivated and positive attitude.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
In performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday; use of hands;
reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stop, crouch and kneel. The employee may have to lift and / or move objects up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT :
The candidate must perform this job safely by standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.
This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. This person must adhere to company safety guidelines and protocols.
