As a Senior Product Manager on the US Beverage Team, you will

Be part of a world-class product team innovating to deliver unique beverage experiences across North America. As a senior manager supporting our fastest growing beverage platforms, you will play a pivotal role managing the development, commercialization, and go-to-market of promotional beverages, develop and implement strategy and innovation for key growth platforms, and inform the innovation pipeline to bring the next wave of exciting Starbucks beverages to all generations.

We are seeking someone with a passion for innovation, strategic problem solving, and proven cross-functional collaborative skills.

As a Senior Product Manager, US Beverage Team, you will

  • Operate as a subject matter expert in product while championing your category - launching new products, optimizing assortment, and supporting execution across R&D, consumer insights, operations, supply chain, finance, marketing, and portfolio.
  • Drive top and bottom-line results by managing product assortment and optimizing go-to-market strategy for key initiatives - focused on the customer and the in-store experience.
  • Develop strategic and operational plans, manage execution, and measure results by thinking strategically and holistically across a project.
  • Leverage business and customer insights and industry trends to define future areas of growth.
  • Uncover innovation and optimization opportunities and deliver recommendations that demonstrate cross-functional strategic thinking, and drive recommendations and initiatives resulting in tangible business impact.
  • Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional partners and lead cross-functional efforts alongside key counterparts throughout the organization.
  • Create structured presentations illustrating key business objectives, new insights, and actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Efficiently & effectively drive projects / issues to cross-functional resolution.
  • Embody our mission and values through helping others succeed, coaching, and building trust across groups.

We’d Love To Hear From People With :

  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing, brand management or product innovation.
  • Project leadership in a cross-functional environment, 4+ years.
  • Progressive experience leading the development and implementation of new products and product strategies from concept to implementation / commercialization.
  • 4+ years’ experience developing and delivering presentations to executive level audiences.
  • Strong financial analysis, data analysis and modeling skills.
  • Ability to influence others without authority to drive results.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • MBA strongly preferred.
