We provide outpatient treatment services (e.g., PHP, IOP, OP) for individuals seeking recovery from co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
We primarily work with the justice-involved population.

- Primary supervision is offered for MFT and CPC state interns.
- What You Will Do : *
- Performs initial assessment and diagnostic evaluation
- Provides case management and develops appropriate discharge plans for assigned patients, as needed by the client
- Develops initial and continued treatment planning for clients and makes revisions throughout treatment, ensuring that clients are meeting goals at an appropriate rate
- Conduct individual therapy sessions, following the Company requirements
- Facilitate client groups using evidence-based practices
- Responsible for the completion of documentation in a timely manner, consistent with the policies and procedures manual
- Communicates with family members or primary support system identified by patient, updating them on patient progress and providing them with the tools to engage in their own recovery efforts
- Compliant with the policies and procedures of the Company as well as ethical standards consistent with federal and state licensing board requirements
- Attend required training to ensure quality clinical care
- Attend and participate in treatment team meetings
- Possess appropriate conflict resolution skills and the capacity to manage highly stressful clinical situations
- Administers surveys developed by the Company to ensure quality assurance and clinical best practices
- Will report critical incidents directly and immediately to the clinical director or management team
- Will communicate all concerns to the clinical director and / or treatment team to ensure appropriate care is being provided
- Must set and maintain strong boundaries
- What You Will Need (Qualifications) : *
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Master’s Degree in relevant field with post-degree experience in the assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and treatment of substance use disorders
- Must be a licensed clinician or state intern in the state of Nevada (e.g., LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) with preferred experience in alcohol and drug abuse counseling (per NAC 449.114)
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong sense of self-awareness, empathy, and compassion
- Must have experience with or possess an advanced understanding of gender responsive clinical practices and cultural competence
- Experience with the treatment of trauma and how such experiences impact individuals with substance use disorders
- Experience with the diagnosis and treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- License / Certification : *
