Requirement description :

- Minimum 24 months of current PCU experience - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
- Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
- Flu vaccination - REQUIRED EFFECTIVE 9 / 16 Please add vaccination status in the submission notes
