This role will drive, innovate, and enhance the digital customer journey in lockstep with the larger Digital Creative Team.

The Digital Designer will work closely with the website, email, and performance marketing strategy teams to bring digital experiences to life leveraging a consumer centric mindset.

This role will work within a dedicated creative team to execute product storytelling and presentation through a brand-right, digital first lens.

This role reports into the Creative Director Digital.

Your Impact

• Create with versatility and constantly seek new and innovative ways to elevate consumer experience
• Utilize insights and data to make informed design decisions that drive user engagement and conversion
• Work collaboratively with the Creative Director, agency partners, external resources, copy, category partners to produce brand relevant digital consumer experiences that reflect and elevate brand’s DNA and standards.

Qualifications

• Solid portfolio showcasing best-in-class solutions with a high level of design excellence
• Passion for athletics and retail
• Connoisseur of culture, current trends, and refined graphic design
• Understanding of e-commerce, e-mail, and performance marketing channels
• Solid understanding of UX / UI and front-end development
• Command of the Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to create GIF animations
• Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills
• Command of digital visual systems and structures : typography, design, photography
• Command of applied creative strategy, critical thinking and wireframe development
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at any given time
• Working knowledge of Workfront, Keynote, and Miro programs / platforms.
• Bonus : Working knowledge of motion and video software (i.e. After Effects, Premiere)
• BFA in graphic design, visual communications, or another relevant field

Base Compensation

$61,920.00 - $85,140.00 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
