Nursing Supervisor - Per Diem

This is a Per Diem Nursing Supervisor position with availability to pick up overnight and weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
- Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24 / 7 operations
- Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
- Provide milieu management

Qualifications
Requirements
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum 2-3 years of RN experience
- Previous RN management, supervisory, or leadership experience
