Position Overview :

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You’ll be responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces to create visually appealing and healthy environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding

Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers

Lay sod, install mulch, and perform general garden maintenance

Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently

Assist with landscape design and installation projects

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Deliver excellent customer service and represent HomPro professionally

Requirements :

Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (but not required)

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong physical stamina and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn

Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Benefits :

Starting pay : $100 per day

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills : High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial, or related roles is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and materials. Familiarity with safety protocols and practices related to cleaning and maintenance. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
