A Plastic Mold Injection facility located in Troy, MI, is searching for an experienced Process Technician. This a Direct Hire, long term position.
Salary - $25 - $26 / hr
Hours - 3rd shift - 10PM to 6AM Monday thru Friday, OT as needed
Position Summary -
A Process Technician is responsible for ensuring Machines are running properly and processes are up to standards at all time.
Essential Functions -
Responsible for : Machine start ups
Machine start ups
Accurate completion of process verification, Tool Reports and mistake proofing check sheets as required
All Die Setting activities not done by Die Setter
Maintaining the appearance of all Thermolators, Robotic Control Stations, DME Units, etc
Continuous Improvement (Ideas and Suggestions)
First Response to all Machine, Robot, Thermolator, and secondary equipment alarms.
Troubleshoot Machine, Mold and Material issues
Qualifications -
1 to 3 years experience
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
