Job Description :
- Support Customer Service
- Seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures.
- Perform routine customer support tasks.
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues.
- Interact with client personnel on basic information.
Required Qualifications :
6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
