In full growth mode, we have just launched a search for a Data Analyst to join our team at corporate headquarters. This is a unique opportunity to work among operations and business decision makers along with our franchised community and stakeholders to get to the bottom of challenging data and business questions while identifying opportunities that will shape the direction of the company.
This role will be responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, strategic narratives, assisting with proposals and operations initiatives and projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepare weekly and / or ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with management to develop data insights, dashboards, and visualizations to support the business and provide insights into operational efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities to improve our business, in partnership with the operations team.
- Track inventory and monitor transaction controls.
- Assist with prescription savings analysis modeling, analyzes business performance trends to identify opportunities and recommends updates to processes for continuous improvement.
- Monitor department processes and workflow to ensure overall accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work output.
- Conduct discovery and document business requirements, gaps, impact analysis and solutions.
- Analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Abilities, and Experience :
- Fluency in MS Excel and Tableau
- 1-3 Years of Experience as a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or comparable role.
- Strong competence in analyzing data and turning it into a communicable value proposition
- A perfectionist mindset for accurate analysis with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team
- Strong analytical background and critical thinking
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail along with strong written and communication skills preferred
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
- 1-3 Years of Experience in Analytical platform (Tableau) preferred
Job Type : Full-time In Office
Pay : $75,000 / year
PLEASE NOTE : The corporate office is currently located in Woodside, Queens, however we will be moving to Garden City, Long Island in October of 2024
