Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location : Evendale, Ohio

Pay Rate : $17 - $18 per hour

Hours : 20 to 25 hours per week

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client in Evendale, Ohio.

This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys supporting a team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.

Assist with data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate records.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

Coordinate office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-organized and efficient.

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.

Perform other general office duties as required.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
