- Dog & Rider allowed after trainingis completed
Requirements :
- Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL with at least6 months recent CDL experience.
- Must have aclean driving record with no major accidents major tickets orsuspensions within the past 5 years.
- Must havesolid 10year work history with no major gaps of employment outsideof school or training.
- Cannot have beenterminated from last job due to safetyconcerns.
- No DOT Preventableaccidents
- No majoraccident
- ANY DOT preventable accidentin the last 5 years is andisqualifier
- No more than 2preventable incidents
- Cannot havebeen terminated from last job due to safetyconcerns
- No DUIs Felonies or Misdemeanours inthe last 10 years
- Never have failed a DOT orrefused a drug alcohol
