Are you friendly, reliable, and love making people smile (and sandwiches)? We're looking for a Customer Service All-Star to join our team!

Position : Sandwich Maker & Delivery Team Member

Location : Erbert & Gerbert's in Willmar, Minnesota

Hours : Part time shifts including evening and Saturdays

Pay : Starting at $13.00 an hour, $1.75 per delivery, plus delivery tips!

What You'll Do :

Greet customers with a smile and take their orders with accuracy and enthusiasm

Craft delicious, fresh-made sandwiches with care and consistency

Ensure our shop stays clean, stocked, and organized

Deliver orders promptly and safely to our amazing customers

Represent our brand with top-notch customer service and a positive attitude

We're Looking for Someone Who :

Has great people skills and a positive attitude

Can multitask in a fast-paced environment

Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (for delivery) and their own car to be used for delivery

Is dependable, punctual, and a great team player

Takes pride in their work and cares about the customer experience

Bonus Points If You Have :

Previous experience in food service or delivery (not required-we'll train the right person!)

A passion for good food and friendly service
