Senior Product Manager Exact Online Handel
Als productmanager, zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten met de beste oplossingen werken. In jouw rol, streef je continue naar het creëren van meerwaarde voor je klanten en Exact.
Je begrijpt de klant en zijn processen. Waar ligt hij s nacht wakker van? Hoe kan hij efficiënter zijn werk doen?
Je vraagt net zo lang door tot dat je écht weet waar de klant mee zit en vanuit daar wend je je creativiteit en kennis aan om de beste oplossing te bedenken.
Vervolgens ga je met onze collega’s van UX en jouw development team(s) aan de slag om deze verbetering of nieuwe innovatie te realiseren.
Uiteraard ben je nauw betrokken in de go-to-market en de lancering van alle productverbeteringen. En als we uiteindelijk live zijn monitor je de adoptie en het succes en bepaal je de vervolgstappen.
Je doet het uiteraard niet allemaal alleen.
Dit de baan die je ambieert
Je werkt binnen het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de strategie en roadmap van onze Handel en Productie oplossingen op het Exact Online platform.
In jouw rol als Product manager overzie je de gehele product life cycle; van concept en planning tot het ontwerp en de lancering van nieuwe functionaliteiten.
Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met Commercial Product Managers, Solution Marketeers en Development teams. En uiteraard sta je in continu contact met onze (potentiële) klanten.
Je rapporteert aan de Product Line Director Logistic Solutions. Daarnaast ben je als product manager verantwoordelijk voor :
- Aansturen van je development team(s);
- Afstemming met stakeholders;
- Verzamelen en prioriteren van klantbehoeften en deze beheren via een product backlog;
- De schakel zijn tussen UX, Development en jouw collega’s in de Product Line;
- Klantcontact zodat jij weet wat er speelt bij jouw doelgroep.
