Job Description : Soliant is seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Federal Way, WA, for the 2024-2025 school year.
The SLP will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a school setting.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating with educators and parents, and providing direct therapy services to students.
Requirements :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Washington state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
State-Specific Requirements : Candidates must hold or be eligible for licensure by the Washington State Department of Health and meet any additional state-specific requirements for school-based positions.
