- NEURO ICU (677) - 7P-7A (820231) Requested Skill Set : Trauma patient management, IV administration of vasoactive medications, ventilator management, chest tube management, care of post-op neurosurgical patients, cardiac rhythm identification and management, hemodynamic monitoring, care of stroke patient Must have : Advanced skills needed : ICP monitoring / EVD management, strong neurological assessment skills Procedures performed on unit : Chest tube placement, ventriculostomy, moderate sedation, CRRT, therapeutic hypothermia;
arterial line and central line placement Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
