What does a great Senior Project Manager at Fiserv do?

The Salesforce Senior Project Manager supports the strategic mission of the Sales Technology organization by partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery by planning, coordinating and monitoring large scaled and budgeted projects.

The processes and analytics supported by these applications are an integral part of management’s ability to assess and monitor the small business and mid-market portfolio.

What you must have?

• Bachelors Degree at College of Engineering and Technology or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of previous project management and / or relevant consulting experience driving large scale projects related to the Salesforce platform, in a matrixed environment.
• PMP Certification.
• Utilization of Project Management tools such as MS Project, Visio and Power Point.
• Providing a holistic view of the overall project to the organization and all partners.
• Defining the overall scope by building and maintaining a consolidated timeline.
• Identifying and communicating dependencies and impacts to ensure ongoing control.
• Defining governance, outlining roles, responsibilities, decision rights and clearly defined critical issue paths.
• Ensuring success criteria defined upfront to promote alignment and actively lead to encouraged outcomes.
• Actively communicate progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring visibility throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitating alignment and approach for all related Fiserv business areas to meet One Fiserv Objective.
• Works independently on assigned tasks.
• Performs additional job duties as required.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Previous experience with client facing projects that span multiple business units or functional areas is deeply valuable.
• Must be able to manage around complex software or system functional designs.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Understands moderately complex internal business processes or functions.
• Knowledge of concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of applications and underlying information technologies.
• Experience in banking, financial services, and / or software industries.
• Experience within a Professional Services department.

Travel Required

Minimal travel is required.
