Frore Systems is looking for an entrepreneurial product manager to extend AirJet thermal solutions from the edge to the data center.

The successful candidate will establish Frore Systems as a leading innovator who is reimagining the future of data center thermal solutions, building on Frore Systems’ revolutionary AirJet solid-state active cooling products.

Like all leaders at Frore Systems, this individual will inspire themselves and the team to do the best work of their careers and fulfill their professional ambitions.

The Head of Product Management will define and launch Data Center thermal solution products that change the face of cloud computing.

Frore Systems has invented and launched AirJet, the world’s first solid-state active cooling chip. AirJet has redefined edge computing by unleashing full processor performance even in thin, compact, vibration free, dustproof and waterproof devices.

An AirJet based thermal solution provides significantly higher heat dissipation in edge devices at a dramatically lower noise, thickness, volume and weight than traditional fan-based solutions.

As an example, an AirJet upgrade to a MacBook Air delivers the same processor performance as a MacBook Pro in the much thinner and quieter MacBook Air form factor.

Compute density in data centers, turbocharged by the generative AI revolution, is increasing exponentially. All of that computing power generates heat, and as processors become increasingly sophisticated and more powerful, the amount of heat they generate is skyrocketing.

While processing power and heat generation is growing exponentially, thermal solutions are struggling to keep pace. The adoption of direct-to-chip liquid cooling in data centers is certainly a step forward, but more innovation is required.

Frore Systems is now extending their leadership from edge computing to the data center with disruptive new thermal solutions that leverage their deep expertise and leadership in solid-state active cooling solutions.

Frore Systems is looking for a seasoned product manager who has expertise in defining thermal solutions for the data center.

This person should be a visionary, understanding the why of today’s solutions while articulating a new path into the future that leverages Frore Systems’ core expertise in solid-state active cooling technology.

An aptitude for learning and evangelizing disruptive technology solutions is essential. The ideal candidate will possess :

• 5 to 10 years of direct experience in product management, defining and delivering solutions to the data center
• Bachelor of Science, or relevant technical degree
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Function :

The Head of Product Management will define and evangelize Frore Systems’ data center thermal solution from the ground up through product launch.

• Extend Frore Systems’ leadership in edge computing thermal solutions to the data center
• Assess market trends, competitive landscape and formulate Frore Systems product strategy
• Define Frore Systems’ data center products and roadmap
• Articulate and communicate the value proposition to internal and external stake holders
• Guide internal product development to ensure timeliness and market value
• Ensure successful market entry and commercial success of the data center product line

Location :

• Located in the Bay Area or willing to re-locate.
• In-office presence is essential. Hybrid work is not appropriate for this position.

Compensation :

• Base salary of $160,000 - $240,000 depending on experience
• Total compensation includes base salary, relocation allowance if applicable, and potential annual bonus and equity award
