About the Role :

Anatomage is seeking an experienced Creative Director / Manager with a strong background in media, 3D graphics, and game development.

The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in leading creative teams, developing media or game projects, and possess knowledge in Unreal Engine.

This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to guide the development of our cutting edge 3D visualization tools and interactive educational content.

Responsibilities

• Drive the creative direction for Anatomage’s 3D visualization and interactive media projects, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and brand
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, 3D artists and developers to foster a collaborate and innovative work environment
• Oversee entire creative process from concept to execution, ensuring the project are delivered on time
• Utilize advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine to develop, prototype, and refine 3D interactive experience, ensuring high quality performance
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate technical requirements into visual experiences
• Ensure all creative outputs meet highest standards of quality, accuracy and user engagement, particularly in medical and educational context
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in 3D graphics and game development

Minimum Education and Experience Required :

• Minimum of 7 years experience in Media / Game Creative Director
• Familiarity with 3D graphics
• Leadership and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications :

• Background in 3D Graphics Media / Game Development
• Unreal engine experience is a plus
