Role Description
This is a full-time position for a driven and collaborative Project Manager in Cincinnati, OH. As a pivotal member of our organization, you'll spearhead the successful execution of multiple demolition projects, working closely with our dedicated team to deliver excellence from inception to completion.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
They will also be involved in coordinating with clients, conducting inspections, managing logistics, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Your Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Collaboration :
Collaborate with our Team during the project bidding phase, leveraging your expertise to craft winning strategies and comprehensive Scopes of Work.
Your input will be instrumental in securing contracts and setting the stage for project success.
Meticulous Planning :
Take charge of project schedules, meticulously overseeing every phase from pre-construction to final close-out. Your adeptness in scheduling will ensure seamless coordination and timely project completion.
Financial Acumen :
Develop, review, and adapt project budgets as needed, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
Client Relations :
Serve as the primary liaison between O’ROURKE and our clients. Your professionalism and attentiveness will foster strong, enduring relationships built on trust and communication.
Contract Administration :
Administer construction contracts with precision, ensuring compliance and issuing timely notices as required. Your diligence will uphold contractual obligations and protect the interests of all parties involved.
Logistical Coordination :
Collaborate closely with site superintendents to coordinate materials and services, ensuring efficient project operations and minimizing delays.
Educational Background :
Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is preferred, coupled with a minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in construction management or a related field.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
